Description – If the
Usb device re-enumerates while data is being transmitted the driver may unload
improperly leaving the com port unavailable.
Workaround – Shutdown
and restart the PC.
Description –
Excessive Esd or voltage transients on the cable may cause communication to
stop.
Workaround – Disconnecting
and reconnected the device restores operation.
